10/10/2013 · It is so frustrating - I've downloaded the diagnostic and installation wizard from HP but it tells me my printer is fine, it even prints a test page which is absolutely no good because the problem seems to occur with documents of more than one page. So an expensive problem if you have windows 8 or 8.1. Don't bother!
